The administrative office of Hospice of Acadiana, Inc. is located in Lafayette, but care is provided in patients' homes throughout our service area. That service area includes the civil parishes of:

Hospice of Acadiana has agreements with nursing homes and many assisted living facilities throughout the service area to provide care to their residents. In addition, Hospice of Acadiana is a partner with a number of hospitals throughout the nine-parish service area in managing the in-patient hospice units in those facilities.
